Friends of Barbara Dinner

Barbara Foundation organized a dinner program for stakeholders of Barbara Foundation and friends of late Ms. Barbara Adams. The event was held on 28^th June, 2019 at Barbara Foundation, Baluwatar.

Mr. Akhilesh Upadhyay, General Secretary of Barbara Foundation started the program by welcoming the guests. He also gave an overview of events and activities the organization has undertaken since inception.

Dr. Sanduk Ruit, Chairperson of Barbara Foundation also took a moment to welcome the guests, and also welcomed new members of the board – Hon. Mohna Ansari and CA Sudarshan Raj Pandey.

At the event, Mr. Akhilesh Upadhyay, General Secretary of Barbara Foundation, also handed over two laptops to Mr. Sharad Adhikari, Executive Director, Barbara Foundation. The laptops were donated by Dr. Damodar Poudel, Medical Director, Hopewell Family Hospital, Chillicothe, Ohio.

Guests had a lot to share about their memories of Barbara, and how the current members of Barbara Foundation have done a great job in not just preserving Barbara’s legacy but also leading the organization to reach greater heights.

One of the issue floating on the floor was to publish a book on Ms. Barbara Adams, which the organization looks forward to do. The organization also requested guests to share anecdotes on Barbara for the book.
